Cancellation & Refund Policy
- ViStarX is an online learning platform that provides digital (recorded) educational courses.
ViStarX एक ऑनलाइन शिक्षा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है, जहाँ डिजिटल (रिकॉर्डेड) शैक्षणिक कोर्स उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं। - Since all courses are digital and access is provided immediately after successful payment, cancellation or refund is generally not permitted once the course is purchased.
चूँकि सभी कोर्स डिजिटल हैं और भुगतान के तुरंत बाद एक्सेस दे दिया जाता है, इसलिए सामान्य रूप से कोर्स खरीदने के बाद रद्दीकरण या धनवापसी उपलब्ध नहीं होती। - However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

भुगतान हो गया हो, लेकिन कोर्स का एक्सेस न मिला हो - Technical issues that prevent access to course content
तकनीकी कारणों से कोर्स सामग्री उपलब्ध न हो पा रही हो - Duplicate or excess payment
एक ही भुगतान दो बार हो गया हो - The refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.
धनवापसी का अनुरोध भुगतान की तारीख से 7 दिनों के भीतर किया जाना चाहिए। - If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
अनुमोदन होने पर धनराशि 5 से 7 कार्यदिवसों में मूल भुगतान माध्यम में वापस कर दी जाएगी। - The decision of ViStarX shall be final.
ViStarX का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगा।
